What life is like Before our Coaching partnership?

You've been operating from scarcity and fear which

drains your energy and robs your creativity.

Your indecision has created inaction towards your goals.

Your negative thinking invites criticisms, condemnation, and complaints

about your current circumstances.

What life is like After our Coaching partnership?

You dominate your thoughts, emotions, and habits which validates your

self-worth and identity.

Your confidence soars because your internal commitments

you to be more effective and decisive.

for never-ending improvement and growth.

So how exactly do we do this?

We create space together to Let That S**t Go.

LTSG will become our battle cry!

We create agreements to support your growth and create

powerful, internal commitments.

We find out what inspires and excites you so that we can remove the

time zappers and energy drainers that can sabotage your success.

Here's what our experience together looks like:

We work together as partners 1-on-1 via Zoom (for the time being).

This gets YOU the best results because this is devoted, sacred time for YOU.

This is your opportunity to be truly seen and heard for the first time in your life.

My menu consists of us working together for either

3 months, 6 months and/or 12 months.

This sets you up for success. In this time together, we look at how you operate and shift from hopeful beliefs and unfulfilled promises to

certainty of who you are while you create yourself through commitments and actions

To get the most from our partnership, we meet for 2 weeks in a row

then have a 1 week break.

We follow that 2 weeks on, 1 week off pattern until our agreement is over.

That schedule gives you the opportunity to experiment with

the insights we create in our conversations.

I am not your crutch, you are more powerful than you believe

and this structure will afford you the flexibility for

intimate support while creating results independently.

Our conversations will be for up to 60 minutes.

You may create a powerful insight for yourself within the first few minutes

and not require the rest of the session time.

I coach powerfully and you didn't come to me for time,

you came to me for impact and that happens best

from taking inspired, immediate action.
